Growing up on a small farm, Thomas was surrounded by nature and good food from an early age. His mother, in particular, played a major role in nurturing his passion for cooking. Today, he delights his guests with his seasonal cuisine, full of bold flavours.

After all, everything needs to look good here, but above all, has to be practical.
